By accessing or using Newlett (the “Service”), operated by Derivo Labs LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Newlett turns a creator’s YouTube uploads into email newsletters. The Service detects new videos on a connected channel, generates AI-powered digests of that content, hosts subscribe pages, manages subscriber lists, and delivers emails to subscribers on the creator’s behalf.
Your subscriber list is yours. You can export it at any time, and we will not email your subscribers for our own purposes or share them with other creators.
You retain ownership of the newsletters you compose and send. You grant us the license needed to store, process, render, and deliver that content to your subscribers, which is the entire point of the Service.
Email deliverability is a shared resource: one spammer hurts every sender on the platform. You agree to:
You also agree not to:
We may suspend sending, or the account, for spam complaints, high bounce rates, or list-quality abuse.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Derivo Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Digests are generated from the public content of the YouTube channel you connect. The underlying video content remains yours (or your channel’s). Because the Service uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you send, including images you upload into your newsletters.
Digests, summaries, and captions are generated by AI from your video transcripts. They may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing what goes out under your name, and the Service gives you tools to edit every draft before it is sent.
Paid plans and creator monetization features, when offered, are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derivo Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or subscriber goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time; export your subscriber list first if you want to keep it. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
